The 2013 Bundanoon Garden Ramble

Last weekend’s Bundanoon Garden Ramble was a great success. The weather was perfect and made for a very pleasant viewing of eight impressive gardens from the area.

A stone wall.

A nice looking bit of stone work!

A stone seat.

A good looking stone seat. (Or is it concrete? I’m never sure with these things.)

A cottage garden

A very beautiful cottage garden.

A wooden seat.

Another seat, in a more formal garden.

Formal garden edges

A stunning formal garden.

A seat and sundial.

Yet another seat, this one in a pleasant garden nook.

Screening plants

Screening with rocks and a mix of plants.

A water feature

I liked this minimalist water feature.

A veggie garden

A protected and stylish veggie garden.

A veggie garden

A closer look at the veggie garden.

A country garden.

A beautiful rambling country garden.

I seem to have been preoccupied with seating and shade; possibly a subliminal message from my brain about all the walking and the sunny weather?

Anyway, yet another fantastically executed ramble, with a superb selection of gardens. The organisers and gardeners did a fantastic job and deserve much kudos.
